Groundbreaking held for new Assurity building
Sept. 15, 2009 — A groundbreaking ceremony was conducted this morning for the new Assurity headquarters in Lincoln's Antelope Valley redevelopment area. Speeches were given by Assurity President Tom Henning, Lincoln's mayor and Chamber of Commerce president, and representatives of the project's construction company and architect. The Assurity headquarters will be part of a multi-tenant facility known as the Assurity Center.

Henning addresses Lincoln Rotary Club about Assurity's building history and future
Sept. 1, 2009 – Listen as Mr. Henning addresses the Lincoln Rotary Club with details of the new Assurity home office building.
His speech includes information about the history of the companies that merged to form Assurity and comments about our future downtown Lincoln location.

Plans underway for the construction of Assurity Life's new corporate office building
March 3, 2009 –- Assurity Chairman, President and CEO Tom Henning today announced the company plans to construct a 175,000-square-foot, five-level corporate office building with parking garage ."We are excited to share our vision for Assurity's new headquarters,” Henning said. “This truly is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to invest in the long-term vitality of the Lincoln community with an architecturally pleasing yet cost-effective building.” Read the entire press release here
